We offer personalized guidance for beginners and also challenge the avid exerciser with innovative classes.  We promise you will love the way you look and feel!

We strive to provide the best tools, expertise, motivation, and a fun group atmosphere to enable people of all fitness levels achieve their own personal fitness goals and simply feel the best you can feel! With group fitness, being part of a team helps you reach those fitness goals that you thought you would never achieve on your own.  You will work on cardio, strength, endurance, and core training on our state of the art equipment in a variety of our offered classes. 
 
In addition to the workouts, you will also receive continued nutritional advice, fitness assessments, and a log to track your progress.
 
No binding contracts are required. We do offer monthly and a new exclusive yearly VIP membership!

Debbie McMahan

Bio:

I was born in St. Petersburg, FL., raised in Texas.   My passion for fitness came at an early age and from my dad, who has ran 32 marathons and one ultra-marathon. He gave me an affection for running, but more importantly, for discipline. He taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to. I want to instill that passion for fitness in every person to know that it isn’t just about fitness, it’s about life.  The  desire to help others be the best that they can be is my driving force.

 

I absolutely love what I do as a director, trainer, and fitness instructor.  I am rewarded daily by the accomplishments I see in my clients and each Cardinal’s Fitness member; making themselves stronger mentally, emotionally and physically.

Certifications:

I am AFAA group fitness and personal trainer certified.  Other certifications: R.I.P.P.E.D., INSANITY, Kangoo Jump, SHOCKWAVE, Tabata Bootcamp.
